Cheese Journeys is a unique travel company specialising in cheese adventures, returning to North Cadbury Court — where the world-famous, award-winning Montgomery's Cheddar is made. The eight-day stay immerses foodies in culinary culture, staying at the Court and indulging a passion for dairy delights. Cheese maker Jamie Montgomery leads guests into the world of British clothbound Cheddar and family folklore, with a walking tour of the estate taking in the dairy, pastures of Jersey cows and the nearby Cadbury Castle — thought to be the location of the mythical Camelot. An exclusive "A Celebration of Cheese: An Evening with British Cheesemakers" unites fifteen British cheese experts for a narrated evening of camaraderie and pairings, including artisan ciders from The Somerset Cider Brandy Company. British cheese expert Patrick McGuigan and World Cheese Awards judge Jilly Sitch are also on hand for advice and taste suggestions. Guests can explore the Roman city of Bath, visit the gardens at The Newt, take a cheese painting class with food artist Mike Geno, learn to build a beautiful cheese board, enjoy cooking demonstrations, swim in the indoor pool or golf from the manor's rooftop — with clay shooting and paddle boat racing among the options.
